General Informations - Visa Assistance
Please note
The following nationalities do not need to apply for a visa in advance to enter Dubai and can obtain the entry permit on arrival:
GCC residents, Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brunei, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Malaysia, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Singapore, Slovakia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, Vatican City. For all other nationalities, a visa must be obtained prior to arrival in the UAE.
The visa requirements, the relevant forms and the visa rates will be sent to you by the hotel along with the room confirmation number. Upon receipt of the relevant forms, please complete and return them to the email address specified on the form along with scanned, clear copies of all the requested documents.
How to get to the Exhibtion Grounds
With an excellent business and trade fair infrastructure – including numerous flight connections to destinations all over the world as well as safe and effective public and private transport – the Dubai World Trade Centre is easy to access for both, exhibitors and visitors alike.

The DWTC is approximately a 15-minute drive away from Dubai International Airport (DXB). If you prefer to travel by car, you can access the DWTC easily from the city’s main highway, Sheikh Zayed Road. This highway offers a direct gateway to all areas of Dubai and the wider UAE.
Need a parking lot? The fairgrounds offer several car parks, including paid and free options with a total of 7,530 parking spaces. Parking bays for electric cars are also available with charging stations.
With more than 5,300 RTA taxis available, hailing a cab won’t be a problem. If you arrive at Dubai International Airport (DXB), you will easily find a respective taxi stand by simply following the airport's signage. If required, you can book a taxi in advance by calling +971 4 208 0808. Female passengers can also opt for a Ladies-only taxi. Fares start at 5 AED or 12 AED if pre-booked and most taxis in Dubai accept credit cards.
With its own dedicated metro station, the DWTC is easily accessible through Dubai’s metro system. Trains run every few minutes, from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. To pay your fare you will need a Nol Card, which can be obtained easily from any station.
