Night Time in a Palace
Is it a dream? Or reality? The exhibition "Night Time in a Palace" by carpet designer Lila Valadan transported DOMOTEX 2024 attendees into a mysterious, surreal world straight out of the tales from the thousand and one nights.
Lila Valadan wowed the audience at DOMOTEX 2020 with her imaginative installation "4 Seasons". At this year's event, the carpet artist and nine-time winner of the Carpet Design Award once again designed an area at the world's leading trade fair for carpets and floor coverings.
"Night Time in a Palace" invited visitors into a mysterious, surreal world inspired by the Arabian Nights. In Hall 3, visitors strolled through twelve art installations covering more than 400 square meters that uniquely interweave art, design and the tradition of carpet craftsmanship.
