Naturalan is the plastic-free natural flooring that is made entirely of renewable materials such as wood, rapeseed oil, rubber, and other natural fibers. The positive ecobalance of the flooring is impressive, from the resource-saving production and the long lifetime, through to the sophisticated “Second Life” recycling process. All in all, an innovative, future-oriented natural floor covering.
What is the "Second Life" recycling process? "Second Life" offers the possibility of reintegrating used floor planks back into the production cycle. The surface of discarded floor planks is sanded down, re-printed, finished, and re-profiled, giving old flooring a new lease on life.
How it works: The retail partner receives the new product in a special transport box. The customer fills the transport box with the removed old flooring and arranges for its collection with their specialist retailer. The transport box is collected from the customer by ZIPSE GmbH & Co. KG and forwarded to the Swiss manufacturer. The old flooring is transformed into a new, fully functional floor covering with a new look and slightly smaller dimensions.
