I seem to exist between two worlds. My original writing takes the form of a blog, yet my professional work these days also requires me to edit a two decade old publication. As such I bring very different perspectives to much of my cumulative work.

For example, I followed along with the bloggers tour lead by Holly Becker so that I could learn from experts outside of the field of rugs. Their reactions unvarnished by years of rug experience allows me to best understand the current rug consumer. At the same time, I hope I added value to them by providing expert rug knowledge. Participating in the various programs of DOMOTEX allows me to remain relevant in the ever - and as of recently, rapidly, changing world of rugs.
