Originally founded in 1973 as an accessories supplier for tradespeople and specialist retailers, Repac Montagetechnik has become a high-end partner of well-known retail chains and discerning interior designers. As a system supplier, it mainly focuses on in-house brand concepts that emphasize both the aesthetic and functional aspects of flooring and accessories. Alongside profiles, skirtings and sound-insulation underlays, Repac’s product portfolio now also includes its very own range of design flooring, which it is selling in partnership with Dutch company mFLOR.
According to Repac, the LVTs (luxury vinyl tiles) available under the solidLOCK brand name combine a whole host of benefits. For example, the interlocking drop-down connection at the end edge of the tiles is designed to enable quick and easy laying - up to 30 percent faster than other click vinyl floorings. What's more, the highly compressed tiles made from 100 percent vinyl benefit from exceptional dimensional stability and are resistant to both heat and water, meaning they are also suitable for kitchens and bathrooms. The two new additions complement the six existing decors in the solidLOCK range. NUANCE is a premium collection comprising six contemporary tile designs in the large 90.70 x 45.00 centimeter format and, as its name suggests, the AUTHENTIC collection draws inspiration from nature for its highly vibrant in-register embossing, ensuring you not only see but can even feel deceptively genuine knots and growth rings.
